Counter Notification – Restoration of Material

If you disagree with a takedown notice, you can submit a counter notification to have the material restored. It must include:

1. Your signature;
2. Details of the removed material;
3. A statement confirming your belief that the takedown was a mistake;
4. Your contact details and consent to jurisdiction for legal purposes.

Repeat Infringer Policy
